Tender opportunity: TPPLHCCOP03 purchase of vehicles and fleet ancillary products & services

Hertfordshire County Council, working with The Procurement Partnership Ltd (TPPL), has issued an invitation to tender for TPPLHCCOP03; a Framework Agreement for the purchase of vehicles and fleet ancillary products & services for Public Sector organisations in the United Kingdom. The Framework is also scoped for repowering and refurbishment of existing fleet assets, and battery powered micro mobility vehicles.

The 48-month framework agreement will consist of nine lots:

Lot 1: Passenger cars

Lot 2: Light commercial vehicles up to 5t

Lot 3: Medium commercial vehicles 5t up to 12.5t

Lot 4: Pedestrian, compact and chassis mounted road sweepers up to 12.5t

Lot 5: Vehicle repowering and refurbishment

Lot 6: Vehicle racking and van conversions

Lot 7: Telematics equipment

Lot 8: Electric vehicle charging infrastructure

Lot 9: Last mile/micromobility solutions

The closing date for tenders is 23 January 2023, and it is anticipated that a maximum of 125 suppliers will be awarded to the framework agreement across the lots.

It is anticipated that the new solution will be in place by 1 April 2023, and will be available for use by public sector organisations across the UK.
