The Procurement Partnership Ltd (TPPL) have completed an OJEU tendering exercise on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) to establish a Procurement Framework covering fleet ancillary products including vehicle racking and van conversions to include ply lining, full racking conversions, electrical equipment, tow bars, roof pipes and ladders as well as telematics equipment to include mapping, vehicle data reporting, fuel analyst and tracking.

The Procurement Partnership can fully manage the customers further competition (call-off) process if required.
All suppliers and providers are ‘pre-qualified’ to confirm their general suitability.
Members do not need to run a full OJEU procurement if procuring via the framework agreement.
