New National Vehicle Purchase and Fleet Ancillary products Framework Agreement

The Procurement Partnership (TPPL) has launched its new Vehicle Purchase and fleet ancillary product Framework Agreement, in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council. The framework, reference; TPPLHCCOP03, is available to all existing and future TPPL members, and the wider public sector in the United Kingdom, with immediate effect.

The scope has been broadened from the preceding TPPL & HCC vehicle purchase framework to include repowering and refurbishment of existing vehicles, and micro mobility vehicles and equipment. 88 bidders have been appointed providing organisations with better National coverage, from a more diverse range of suppliers. The framework replaces its’ predecessor which was widely used by Local Authorities and the wider public sector within the United Kingdom.

Framework Lot structure

Lot 1: Passenger Cars (18 suppliers)

Lot 2: Light Commercial Vehicles up to 5t (25 suppliers)

Lot 3: Medium Commercial Vehicles up to 12.5t (12 suppliers)

Lot 4: Pedestrian, Compact and Chassis Mounted Road Sweepers up to 12.5t (14 suppliers)

Lot 5: Vehicle Repowering and Refurbishment (6 suppliers)

Lot 6: Vehicle Racking and Van Conversions (15 suppliers)

Lot 7: Telematics Equipment (11 suppliers)

Lot 8: Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (10 suppliers)

Lot 9: Micromobility (3 suppliers)
