TPPL would like to formally announce the upcoming annual repricing exercise for the Fleet Rental Framework (TPPLCSKL03). We have developed and delivered this framework in partnership with Commercial Services Kent Limited (CSKL). Furthermore, this repricing process applies exclusively to suppliers already appointed to the Framework and does not involve onboarding any new suppliers at this stage. As part of this routine annual review, we will reassess all existing supplier pricing submissions to ensure they remain competitive, transparent, and reflective of current market conditions.
As a result of this repricing activity, supplier rankings across the various Lots within the Framework may change. In addition, members should note that the updated pricing will be made available through the Frameworkâs dedicated Rate Books. These revised Rate Books will come into effect in June 2026, following the conclusion of the repricing process. From that point onwards, members should conduct all new procurement activity using the updated pricing information.
Overall, this annual repricing enables the Framework to continue delivering value for money while maintaining fairness among our suppliers. At the same time, it ensures that members can access high-quality fleet rental solutions that meet their operational requirements.
