The popular TPPL and NEPO Heavy Goods Vehicle Framework continues to support Local Authorities throughout the United Kingdom with the supply of refuse vehicles from leading suppliers, including innovative technologies to repower existing diesel refuse vehicles, with zero emission electric drivetrains.
Sunderland, Ubico (Gloucester City Council), and London Borough of Islington are just 3 authorities who have recently benefitted from the support on offer from TPPL when procuring through this Framework.
TPPL assisted Ubico with the procurement of 11 state of the art Dennis Eagle waste collection vehicles, mobilised to support of a new waste contract launched in partnership with Gloucester City Council. London Borough of Islington recently accepted the second of two existing diesel vehicles repowered with fully electric drivetrains by Refuse Vehicle Solutions. The repowered Dennis Eagle is one of a number recently refurbished and repowered into zero emission collection vehicles, for a number of Local Authorities.
