We are pleased to announce an Invitation to tender has been published for the third iteration of the popular TPPL and Commercial Services Kent Limited (CSKL) Vehicle Rental Framework Agreement. Suppliers are invited to submit an application to participate in a new 4 year framework agreement, available to existing and future TPPL members from the wider public sector in the United Kingdom.

The new solution, due to become available for members in June 2025, builds on the success of the existing solution it is set to replace in June.
Lot 1: Car and light commercial vehicle rental < 365 days
Lot 2: Minibus, Bus, and Coach with any number of seats rental
Lot 3: Medium, Heavy, and Specialist Commercial Vehicles up to 44t rental
Lot 4: Car and light commercial vehicle, converted accessible and non-accessible minibuses and coaches, and Medium, Heavy, and Specialist Commercial Vehicles, long-term and flexible rental 365 days to 4 years
Lot 5: Car clubs and pool car schemes, including travel management systems and packages
The Framework will be available to all public sector organisations in the United Kingdom from June 2025, and has been developed in partnership between TPPL and CSKL. A maximum of 90 suppliers will be appointed across the 5 lots providing buyers with access to a vast range of national and regional suppliers of vehicle rental solutions.
