We are pleased to announce an Invitation to Tender has been published for the first iteration of the TPPL and Commercial Services Kent Limited (CSKL) Bus, Minibus and Coach Framework. Suppliers are invited to submit an application for the tender opportunity to participate in a new 4 year closed framework agreement, available to existing and future TPPL members from the wider public sector in the United Kingdom.

The new solution, due to become available for members in December 2025, builds on the success of the existing Bus and Coach Purchase solution (TPPLBNES03 in collaboration with Bath and Northeast Somerset) it is set to replace.
Lot 1: Vehicle Chassis, Converted & Unconverted 5 seats and above
Lot 2: Van Conversions 5-26 Seat Accessible & Non-Accessible Vehicles
Lot 3: Coach built 5-36 Seat Accessible & Non-Accessible Vehicles
Lot 4: 36 seats and above, Buses and Coaches to include single/double decked, articulated and tri-axle vehicles
Lot 5: Community/Passenger Transport Services: Including driver/operator – SEND transport, PTS, Community Transport & Care Homes
The framework will be available to all public sector organisations in the United Kingdom from December 2025 and has been developed in partnership between TPPL and CSKL. An unlimited number of suppliers will be appointed across the 5 lots providing buyers with access to a vast range of national and regional suppliers of buses, coaches, and passenger transport services.
