We are pleased to announce an Invitation to tender has been published for the third iteration of the popular TPPL and Hertfordshire County Council Contract Hire Framework Agreement. Suppliers are invited to submit an application to participate in a new 4 year framework agreement, available to existing and future TPPL members from the wider public sector in the United Kingdom.

The new solution, due to become available for members in October 2024, features an exciting new lot structure outlined below.
Lot 1: Passenger Cars
Lot 2: Light Commercial Vehicles up to 5t
Lot 3: Medium, Heavy, and Specialist Commercial Vehicles up to 44t
Lot 4: Pedestrian, Compact, and Chassis mounted road sweepers
Lot 5: Minibus, Bus, and Coaches with any number of seats
Lot 6: Salary Sacrifice
The Framework will be available to all public sector organisations in the United Kingdom from October 2024, and has been developed in partnership by TPPL and Hertfordshire County Council. It is envisaged a maximum of 63 suppliers will be appointed across the 6 lots.
