We are pleased to announce that an Invitation to Tender has now been published for the brand new TPPL and Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) Fleet Management Services & Supplies Framework. For suppliers who specialise in management of fleet operations, this is a significant opportunity within fleet management services & supplies. Consequently, weare now inviting suppliers to submit an application for this tender opportunity. This invitation is to participate in a new four-year closed framework agreement. The process is in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23).

All potential suppliers are able to view the tender notice HERE. In addition, suppliers can access the full tender documentation via the following link HERE. To do so, suppliers need to have an account on the Delta eSourcing portal. Once registered, suppliers will be able to review the requirements in detail. They will also be able to access the necessary documentation to prepare a bid. Next, they can submit their responses accordingly.

TPPL and HCC have developed the framework in partnership. Starting from August 2026, it will be available to all public sector organisations across the United Kingdom. The framework will appoint a range of suppliers across the five lots. As a result, this will provide buyers with access to a selection of national and regional suppliers of systems, supplies and ancillaries related to fleet management.
