We are pleased to announce an Invitation to tender has been published for the third iteration of the popular TPPL and NEPO HGV Framework Agreement. Suppliers are invited to submit an application to participate in a new 4 year framework agreement, available to existing and future TPPL members from the wider public sector in the United Kingdom.

The new solution, due to become available for members in January 2025, features an exciting new lot structure outlined below.
Lot 1: Vehicle Chassis up to 44t
Lot 2: Refuse collection conversions up to 44t
Lot 3: Sweeper conversions up to 44t
Lot 4: Winter maintenance conversions up to 44t
Lot 5: Specialist conversions up to 44t
Lot 6: Electric & Hydrogen drivetrain conversions
Lot 7: Roll on – roll off (RoRo) containers and skips
Lot 8: Waste bins, food waste caddies and wheelie bins
The Framework will be available to all public sector organisations in the United Kingdom from January 2025, and has been developed in partnership by TPPL and NEPO . It is envisaged a maximum of 105 suppliers will be appointed across the 8 lots.
