NEW Vehicle Contract Hire and Salary Sacrifice Framework Agreement

Welfare buses with disabled accessThe Procurement Partnership (TPPL) has launched its new Vehicle Contract Hire and Salary Sacrifice Framework Agreement, in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council. The framework, reference; TPPLHCCCH03, is available to all existing and future TPPL members, and the wider public sector in the United Kingdom, with immediate effect.

The scope has been broadened from the preceding TPPL & HCC vehicle contract hire framework to include Passenger Cars, Light Commercial Vehicles up to 7t, Medium, Heavy & Specialist Commercial Vehicles up to 44t, Sweepers, minibus, bus & coach and salary sacrifice schemes. 35 bidders have been appointed providing organisations with better National coverage, from a more diverse range of suppliers. The framework replaces its’ predecessor which was widely used by Local Authorities, housing associations and the wider public sector within the United Kingdom.

Framework Lot structure

Lot 1: Passenger Cars (15 suppliers)

Lot 2: Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) up to 7t (15 Suppliers)

Lot 3: Medium, Heavy, and Specialist Commercial Vehicles up to 44t (10 Suppliers)

Lot 4: Pedestrian, Compact, and chassis mounted road sweepers (8 Suppliers)

Lot 5: Minibus, Bus, and Coach (10 Suppliers)

Lot 6: Salary Sacrifice Schemes (3 Suppliers)
