We are pleased to announce that an Invitation to Tender has now been published for the brand new TPPL and the North East Procurement Organisation’s (NEPO) Building Materials & Managed Stores Framework. Thus, we are now inviting suppliers to submit an application and participate in a new eight-year open framework agreement. The process is in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23).
All potential suppliers are able to view the tender notice HERE. In addition, suppliers can access the full tender documentation and via the following link HERE. To do so, suppliers need to have an account on the OPEN portal. Once registered, suppliers will be able to review the requirements in detail. They will also be able to access the necessary documentation to prepare a bid. Next, they can submit their responses accordingly. The deadline for submissions is at midday, 16th October 2026 (Friday).

The new framework will be available for TPPL members to use from February 2027 and replaces the existing NEPO219 Building Materials & Modular Builds DPS.
TPPL and NEPO have developed the framework in partnership. Starting from February 2027, it will be available to all public sector organisations across the United Kingdom. The framework will appoint a range of suppliers across the six lots. As a result, this will provide buyers with access to a selection of national and regional suppliers of building materials, managed stores, and modular & portable buildings.
