Our brand-NEW Fleet Management Services and Supplies Framework (Reference: TPPLHCCFM01) is now live. This follows a procurement process carried out under the new Procurement Act 2023 (PA23). Developed in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council (HCC), the Framework is available to all existing and future TPPL members. Furthermore, it is also available to the wider public sector in the United Kingdom, with immediate effect.
The Framework builds on the successful fleet management category introduced on our recently expired Finance & Lease DPS. The new Framework expands on this offering, providing members with greater choice and flexibility when procuring fleet management solutions.
With this enhanced scope in place, 27 leading suppliers have been appointed, enabling organisations to benefit from full national coverage. In addition, these suppliers offer a diverse range of products and services to public sector fleet operators.
As a result, the new Framework will create exciting opportunities for suppliers and TPPL members to implement effective and innovative fleet management solutions across five lots:
Alongside these new opportunities, our Fleet Management Services and Supplies Framework will complement the existing portfolio of TPPL fleet procurement solutions. To further support members, our experienced Business Development and Tender teams will enhance the solution by providing technical guidance and tender support. Through this support, members can confidently access, procure and implement the most appropriate fleet solutions for their needs.
