NEW Building Materials Framework Agreement

The Procurement Partnership (TPPL) is excited to announce launch of a NEW Building Materials Framework Agreement, in partnership with STAR Procurement. The Framework, reference; TPPLSTBM01, is available to all existing and future TPPL members, and the wider public sector in the United Kingdom, with immediate effect.

 

The Framework scope expands on building material categories currently available via the existing TPPL NEPO219 Building Materials and Modular Buildings DPS. In addition to traditional merchanting goods and services, expanded scope includes Kitchens, PPE, and Aggregates. 24 market-leading suppliers have been appointed, providing organisations with better National coverage, from a more diverse range of suppliers. The Framework can be accessed by further competition, or direct award.

Lot 2: General Building Materials

Lot 3: Plumbing, Heating and Gas Spares

Lot 4: Electrical

Lot 5: Kitchens

Lot 6: Tools, Equipment and PPE

Lot 7: Aggregates, Concrete and Roadstone

Lot 8: Inventory Management and Asset Tracking

 

Did you know, TPPL have offered building material procurement solutions for almost 10 years? We have supported Local Authorities and some of the biggest housing associations in the UK to procure building material supplies and associated services. Our solutions have supported the procurement of more than £170 million of goods and services during this period.
