Furthermore, through our technical category expertise, the framework empowers experienced professionals to guide each procurement exercise. Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Greater Competition

For even greater competition, our Building Materials Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), created in partnership with NEPO, offers six specialised categories, including Modular Builds. It provides access to more than 60 suppliers and growing. The DPS provides a versatile market approach, allowing regional suppliers and SMEs to join throughout the contract term.

As a result, this inclusive model promotes market competitiveness. It supports both local and national suppliers in securing public sector opportunities. Like the framework, DPS users benefit from a complete suite of building material solutions, including:
