The North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and The Procurement Partnership Ltd (TPPL) have completed an PCR2015 compliant tendering exercise for the provision of Vehicle Parts, Tyres, Lubricants & consumables, Workshop equipment, and managed solutions (one stop shop, managed stores etc.) under the new Framework Agreement NEPO201.
Supply of Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) vehicle parts (or equivalent of matching quality standard), batteries, windscreens, and other spares. Parts can be for all vehicle types, including cars, light & medium commercials, heavy goods, and specialist vehicles (e.g. agricultural/plant machinery).
Supply of all tyres required by Contracting Authorities accessing the framework. This includes tyres (and associated fitting services where required) for cars, light commercial vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, and specialist vehicles (e.g. agricultural/plant machinery).
Purchase of a variety of vehicle lubricants (including those suitable for commercial/heavy goods/specialist vehicles), including engine, hydraulic, transmission oils, grease, brake fluid, penetrating oil, adblue, absorbent granules and additives. This lot includes for workshop and vehicle consumables, e.g. sweeper brushes, EV charging cables.
Supply of garage/workshop tools/equipment (and associated services), including, but not limited to vehicle/column lifts, compressors, cranes, work benches, tool chests, stands, brake testers, steel pits, headlight aligners, emissions analysers, mobile or stationary lubricant pumps/measures/meters/waste handling, load simulators, presses, storage (including of hazardous/CoSHH materials), and ramps.
Provision of managed solutions for Members, covering any combination of requirements under lots 1 – 3, including one-stop shop provision of all parts, tyres, and lubricants from a single provider. This might include a managed stores provision at a Member’s facility/depot, with stock held on an imprest and/or consignment basis.
