NEPO and The Procurement Partnership Ltd have completed a PCR2015 compliant tendering exercise for the Procurement of HGV and Specialist Vehicles Framework Agreement including a variety of waste supplies, including but not limited to; roll on – roll off (RoRo) containers and skips, supply of waste bins, food waste caddies and wheelie bins

  • Lot 7: Roll on – roll off (RoRo) containers and skips (2 Suppliers)

    Supply (not hire) of roll-on, roll-off (RoRo) containers and skips suitable for a wide variety of waste streams as required by Contracting Authorities. E.g. bulky waste, construction/demolition waste, non-hazardous waste, heavy materials, metals, soils. To include, rear end loader (REL), front end loader
    (FEL), smooth sided, heavy-duty, and enclosed/lockable options suitable for hazardous waste streams such as asbestos. Sizes to include, but not limited to,40yd, 20yd, 16yd, 14yd, 12yd, 8yd, and 4yd

    Types of vehicles to be repowered includes but is not limited to, all HGVs (of any weight and chassis), light and medium commercial vehicles (from 3.5t to 12.5t) and buses (from 5 to any number of seats) including accessible and non-accessible, articulated and double decked. Services expected to be provided includes but is not limited to, design, conversion, warranty, servicing, maintenance and training.

    Lot 8: Waste bins, food waste caddies, and wheelie bins (10 Suppliers)

    Supply of waste bins, food waste caddies, and wheelie bins. Waste containers in plastic (e.g. HDPE) or, if required, metal or other suitable material suitable for a wide range of waste streams. To include, but not limited to the following categories of waste containers in any capacity, wheeled/mobile containers,
    garden/bio waste, pre-sorting bins/caddies, streetscene litter bins, underground systems, recycling/collection banks, and hazardous waste systems.

    Additional services associated with this Lot can include the provision of container refurbishment and recycling. Please refer to ‘NEPO224 Appendix 6 – WRAP supplementary procurement guidance food waste container specification Apr 2024’ for further information.

Goods or services that may not be easily identifiable as part of this tender document can be specified by individual Contracting Authorities during their call-off processes. Therefore, other goods and services that are related to the focus of this Agreement are expected to be provided as part of this Agreement within the closest relevant Lot(s). All Lots to include for provision of spare parts and maintenance contracts, if required.
