The Procurement Partnership Ltd (TPPL) have completed an PCR2015 compliant tendering exercise on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) to establish a Contract Hire Framework covering  Passenger Cars, LCVs, MCVs up to 12.5t, Welfare Buses up to 17 Seats, Pedestrian, Compact and Chassis Mounted Sweepers up to 12.5t.

  • Lot 1: Passenger cars (15 Suppliers)

    Contract Hire of Passenger Cars comprising no more than 8 passenger seats, in addition to the driver, including Petrol, Diesel, Hybrid, Electric, LPG (liquid petroleum gas), Hydrogen, and Biofuels.

    Lot 2: Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) (15 Suppliers)

    Contract Hire of Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) up to 7.0t including Diesel, Petrol, Hybrid, Electric, LPG, Hydrogen, and Biofuels. The lot also covers vehicles with body conversions including but not limited to tippers, drop-side, Luton, flat, curtain-side, recycling, aerial platform, jetter, cranes, street lighting and any other body type an authority may require, including all vehicle racking.

    Lot 3: Converted Minibuses up to 17 seats, Sweepers and Medium Commercial Vehicles (MCVs) (10 Suppliers)

    Contract Hire of converted Minibuses up to 17 seats, Sweepers to 12.5t and Medium Commercial Vehicles (MCVs) from 7.0t to 12.5t. Vehicles to include Converted Accessible/non-Accessible welfare buses up to 17 seats. Sweepers: Sub-compact, compact, mid-size, pedestrian and truck/chassis-mounted including Diesel, Petrol, Hybrid, Electric, LPG, Hydrogen, and Biofuels. The lot includes Medium Commercial Vehicles with body conversions including but not limited to; tippers, drop-side, Luton, flat, curtain-side, recycling, aerial platform, jetter, cranes, street lighting and any other body type an authority may require.
