James is one of the founding directors of TPPL and has been a non-executive director since the company’s inception. James has had a successful career in the public sector lease advisory field, establishing his own advisory business with Stephen Hall in 2002, which was acquired by Sector Treasury Services Ltd in 2006, later named Capita Asset Services.
