The Procurement Partnership Ltd (TPP) was set up in 2004 The aim was to establish an informal procurement club The club is for public sector organisations only It generates substantial preferential support terms from vehicle manufacturers In almost all cases these terms are above those that an individual organisation may receive There is no cost to join for members There is no cost to members for accessing the support terms There is no purchasing commitment to use this route.
